The current team is full of keen academics whom have been attracted by benefits such as being able to work in a commercial environment without compromising on the freedom and ability to personalise one’s own direction that academia offers.

You’ll do this by finding solutions that benefit businesses but also employees – it’s important that we never compromise
on staff wellbeing for the sake of business performance. You’ll play a key role right from the beginning of our customer engagement – you’ll be the expert advising on the solutions we can provide and the possible gains these could bring. Then, you’ll get to play around with the data. You’ll see this right through to the end, getting our solutions ready for deployment. And in doing all this you’ll work with a bunch of clever people across a number of departments.
The right candidates will have / be able to:

•Be confident in suggesting new and brave ideas, technologies, methods and ways of working.
•Understand data and have an eye for identifying patterns, oddities and opportunities.
•Build predictive models that can forecast the behaviour of key variables.
•Create or improve product features using data-driven methods.
•Document complex processes where needed
You must have:

•Demonstrated problem solving capabilities.
There’s plenty of flexibility and lots of opportunities to grow, There are share options and unlimited leave (with a minimum of 5.6 weeks per year – just so everyone actually takes time off). The CEO is really devoted to making this the best place to work, and so while you work really, really hard, you will definitely play hard, too. There will be snacks and beer to keep you energised! If you have an interest in Machine Learning and have the ability to apply ML to large data sets, enjoy deploying products and have experience leading projects, then you would be considered “mid – senior” level.
